  • What types of machines do your brushes fit?
    We can manufacture ANY kind of industrial brushes for European sweeper models. These include road sweepers and runway sweepers. If you provide us with the necessary specifications, we can make brushes which are precisely tailored to your needs.
  • How long approximately will I be able to use your brushes?
    It is difficult to define a precise period of time during which you will be able to use our brushes. It depends on the frequency of usage and the degree of care over the brush usage in terms of speed and pressure.  We do assure the superiority of the materials used in the production process as well as the highest quality of the final product to supply high quality durable brushes.
  • Is it possible to manufacture rings with polyamide rather than polypropylene filament?
    Yes. On request we can produce ring brushes that have polyamide or polypropylene filament.
  • Are you willing to manufacture brushes of non-typical sizes?
    It is not a problem for us to produce brushes manufactured precisely to your specification.
  • If I have a problem how do I file a complaint?
    If there exists any doubt about the quality of the delivered product, please, simply contact us at Brushco Ltd.
  • What happens after I have filed the complaint?
    In the case a complaint is well-founded, we will immediately exchange the flawed product. In order to avoid similar problems in the future, after each founded complaint we use a quality tool under the name of an 8D report. Not only do we implement corrective measures, we also take preventive action against repeating such defects.
  • How do you maintain quality standards in your factory?
    We use quality control tools such as 8D report on a daily basis, to help us organize, check and manage the quality system. Our quality control manager has implemented a 5S methodology among our workers, which assures proper workplace morale, safety and efficiency.
    A year ago Tecsolum was granted the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certificate: a distinction only given to companies that demonstrate a total commitment to their quality service. Since then, ISO standards have been always maintained in our company in relation to processes as well as products.
  • How long will I have to wait for the delivery?
    We can organize regular deliveries in e.g. monthly cycles, which ensures a stable level of your stocks or alternatively we will always work closely with you to supply your needs as you require.
  • Can you keep the brushes manufactured according to my specifications in stock, so that the delivery time is shorter?
    It is only possible when we organize a system of regular deliveries (e.g. in monthly cycles). This way we can plan in advance and always have your brushes delivered on time.
