Company Goals
- continuous production of industrial brushes essential for the mechanical process of sweeping and cleaning roads, sidewalks, squares, and winter and summer maintenance of airports
- building a group of capital related companies to ensure the availability of our products within 48 hours to 2012 in a residential area of half of the population of the EU, Russia, Norway and Ukraine.

The mission of the Industrial Brushes Manufacturers Sp. z o.o. company is continuous effort to adapt to the needs of the final recipient and machine manufacturers that sweep across all markets where TECSOULM products are offered.
The above mission will be realized through:
- performing all activities and processes in the company within the meaning of arrangements,
- aiming to acquire optimal prices of our products and thereby ensuring the quality,
- introduction of new solutions in the production process (continuous improvement),
- offering innovative products as often as it is possible,
- continuous improvement of the effectiveness of Quality Management System and the identified processes,
- employees awareness of the importance of partner requirements,
- continuous improvement of relations with suppliers,
- proper communication within the external and internal environment.
